Wood chisel sharpening

A well-sharpened chisel changes everything. The way you cut, the way you pare, the pleasure of working wood. We sharpen each tool by hand on Japanese water stones, following a grit progression matched to the steel and the condition of the edge. Gouges get particular care, both the outer bevel and the inside of the curve. Handle and blade oiling with camellia oil is included.
