Place your order

Select how many tools you want sharpened, add any options you like, and complete your order online in a few clicks. You’ll receive an email confirmation with a summary of your order.

Step 2

Pack your tools

Slide each knife or tool into its individual sleeve to protect the blades, then place everything inside the rigid pouch provided. Seal the shipping envelope and your tools are ready to travel safely.

Step 3

Drop off at a GLS point

Just head to the GLS point nearest you. The prepaid label included in your kit covers all shipping costs, so there’s nothing extra to pay on site.

Step 4

Sharpening & shipping within 48h

As soon as your tools arrive, we sharpen them with care. We ship them back within 48 business hours. You’ll receive an email notification with the tracking number as soon as your package is dispatched.

Step 5

Receive your sharpened tools

Your blades are returned to you within 7 to 8 business days, precision-sharpened and carefully repackaged. Ready to get back to your kitchen, whether in France or anywhere across Europe.
